This past summer 2024 we started our newest and biggest project yet - our own FOOD TRUCK! Our spot was Wades Beach, Shelter Island, and we made an effort to be there every Wednesday through Sunday before noon until 4 or 5pm. It was new & exciting, and we implemented a lot of our previous menu items as well as some new ideas, but we are only learning… We are planning to come back next season 2025 full throttle and learn from our mistakes past summer. We gathered new ideas and feedback from our clients and will continuously work on AWESOME SUMMER MENU as well as consistency. Our food truck is also for hire, so we welcome any opportunities for private parties. (although we already do private catering, on-site cooking or delivery) Please let us know what you think!
